The forklift simulator consists of advanced driving software based on virtual reality and a 2-axis moving platform. Professional simulator software can simulate the real driving and engine dynamics of the vehicle, all physical mechanics are simulated in a realistic way. All data collected during the movement is available for measurement and evaluation and presented on the executive screens for post-simulation evaluation. The simulation can be recorded and replayed from start to finish.

Analysis Screen
All data of the driver is analysed instantly. Mistakes made by the driver are recorded and can be analysed in detail on the analysis screens. When the user violates a rule, it is shown as a new mistake in the mistakes section. Clicking on a mistake in the mistakes list opens the video of the moment when that mistake was made. For example, when the pallet hit the shelf mistake is clicked, the moment the pallet hits the shelf is displayed.
Scenario Generation Module
Thanks to the scenario management feature, driving ability simulations can be applied in different situations. The user can create the simulation by selecting from beginner, intermediate and advanced scenarios. They can experience the situations they may encounter in real life in a virtual environment.
Basic driving simulation
The user is asked to proceed on the specified path by following the rules. After reaching the target, he/she is asked to go back the same way. Mistakes made during driving are recorded.
Driving simulation with load
The user is asked to take the load in front of him/her and proceed on the determined path by following the rules with the load. After reaching the target, he/she is asked to go back the same way. Mistakes made during driving are recorded.
Sharp turn simulation
The user is asked to proceed on a road with sharp turns by following the rules and not going off the road. After reaching the target, he/she is asked to go back the same way. Mistakes made during driving are recorded.
Driving simulation with large load
The user is asked to take the large load in front of him/her and follow the rules with the load on a narrow road without taking the load out of the way. After reaching the target, he/she is asked to go back the same way. Mistakes made during driving are recorded.
Cargo transport simulation
The user is asked to load palletised loads onto a vehicle. It is expected to load from the rear and side of the vehicle by following the rules. Mistakes made during driving and loading are recorded.
Simulation of fork steering
The user is asked to pick up pallets in certain places. It is expected to direct the forks to pick up the pallets that cannot be picked up straight.
Simulation of load transport between shelves
The user is asked to move palletised loads from the specified shelves to different shelves. Mistakes made during pallet pick-up, driving and pallet placement are recorded.
Stacking simulation
The user is expected to pick up the specified loads and stack them in the specified area. Mistakes made during pallet pick-up, driving and pallet placement are recorded.
Simulation of loading a truck
The user is asked to pick up the palletised load on the ground and load it on the back of the truck. Mistakes made during pallet pick-up, driving and pallet placement are recorded.
Simulation of unloading from a truck
The user is asked to take the palletised load from the back of the truck and unload it to the specified area. Mistakes made during pallet pick-up, driving and pallet placement are recorded.
